Our shipping rates and options are based upon package having a gross weight of not more than 1.0 kilogram (2.2 lbs.). For any order in excess of the maximum weight, IBI-Digital-Camera-Battery.com will contact the customer to confirm the shipping method and corresponding charges.

We offer free shipping / delivery to Canada and the U.S.A. when your purchase amount totals $150 or above.

Depending on your location, it may takes 1 to 2 weeks from date of shipment for delivery by postal service.

All sales transactions are in US funds unless otherwise noted.  Credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.

IBI-Digital-Camera-Battery is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders received during normal working hours will be processed the same day. Orders received after hours, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Limited Warranty

IBI-Digital-Camera-Battery warrants its battery packs to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use conditions, as follows:

• During the first ninety (90) days from date of purchase, IBI-Digital-Camera-Battery will repair or replace the defective battery pack.
• After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year from date of purchase, Intelligent Batteries Inc. will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit. The return must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to be issued upon request and must be shipped prepaid. A shipping rebate will only be extended to the customer in the event that a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed. If refund is demanded for any defective item, the amount of refund will be pro-rated by a period of 1 year from the date of purchase less $15 handling charge.
• Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our warranty. A battery pack that can still hold eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal and would thus not be subject to warranty replacement.
• Warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
• Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.
• All returns are for credit only and must be made within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date. IBI-Digital-Camera-Battery reserves the right to charge a Twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee.

The warranty does not extend to the electronic equipment that is used or which incorporates with any of our products and accessories. IBI-Digital-Camera-Battery shall not be held responsible for the improper use of its products.

Return merchandise must be repacked in original packing with all manuals and related materials. We reserve the right to reject any return merchandise without the original packing or missing material.
